Happy New Year and welcome to the 20’s!
I know it may seem a bit late for this but I generally share a tip or some tips for the year a little bit after the 1st of Jan. New Year’s resolutions work for some people but not for many people. What does seem to work is to pick one general theme or intention and work on that consistently. This can be started at anytime. Like today. 🙂
What would you like to achieve this decade? Where would you like to be and doing what in 5 years? Write that down and then write down some things that will get you there. Then see what you can start doing now to move towards that. Take some action on it at least 5 days a week. Even if it’s only 15 minutes a day. Most people can find an hour each day if they really need to…
